CE: Russ the Lock

My contest entry to s contest. The theme was to design your own Lock from her comic, SoftP.
Let me give you some info on this guy and all of his forms.
Name: Russ

Personality and Bio: Russ grew up around the parts of Asia, so mainly most of his forms are influenced strongly from where he lived. (Dog, Tiger, and Rat and from the Chinese New Years) He is very elusive, and prefers to keep to himself and out of trouble and away from commotion, but he will wander around when he pleases. He is very wise, and friends usually come to him for advice. He is afraid of people, so he is very timid around them.
1st Form: Spotted Rat This is Russ's 1st form, he uses it to hide from people and scurry in and out of places.
2nd Form: Mutt This is Russ's 2nd form, he uses this mosly around the streets, to run around quickly and get out of people's way.
3rd Form: Asiatic Tiger Russ's 3rd form. When he wants to be alone he changes to this form and runs to the mountains. This is Russ's favorite form because he feels respected and powerful.
Final Form: Kirin Final Form. He chose this because out of all the mythological creatures the chinese have, he feels this one is the most graceful beautiful. No one would ever harm a kirin because seeing one gives you good luck and a prosporous year. The mix is between a deer/horse and a dragon with a single horn and scales covering its entire body.

Critiques on the Kirin would be appreciated, I used Deer anatomy for it.
